This website is a static site. We do not collect personal data automatically unless you voluntarily provide it — by contacting us via email, or by filling in the Blatero Game Jam registration form. Through the registration form we collect your name, email address, phone number (used only to reach you in the days around the event), place of origin (Taranto / outside Taranto), main skill, experience level, team preference and team name and, optionally, a portfolio link and notes, for the sole purpose of organising and managing the event.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing the data you submit through the registration form is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent checkbox in the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@blaterostudio.com.

The Game Jam registration form is delivered to us through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service that transmits your submission to our email; Web3Forms acts as a data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. Beyond this, we do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the services you request.

8. Data Retention

We retain Game Jam registration data only for the time needed to organise and run the event, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time at hello@blaterostudio.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated revision date.
